I am so glad I came back to this dentist. The treatment I have had has been outstanding. I have been wary of dentists as I haven’t always had good experiences at other dentists but as soon I came for my first appointment after a long time dentist Amal Al-Atrach made me feel comfortable and listened to all of my concerns. She listened to what I want and I can now smile with confidence. I have had a filling and crown and I am so happy that I am going to come back to get a another crown to further improve my teeth. She is an amazing dentist and a lovely person. The whole dental surgery is great and the receptionists have also always been helpful. Monika has been particularly helpful in ensuring I had my appointments. Thank you so much and I will see you soon for my next crown!

We came to The Smile Studios Heston for my daughter's appointment. Dr Iman Ali and her assistant Elham were very nice and friendly. We didn't even feel like we were at the dental practice. My daughter was very impressed, specially after being told that she has a perfect teeth and very good brushing technic.She is now thinking of becoming a Dentist herself!!!Thank you The Smile Studios!

I recently visited Dr. Iman Ali for dental treatment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt at ease thanks to the warm and friendly staff. Dr. Ali carefully assessed my dental issues and provided me with the correct advice for my treatment plan, which included a root canal treatment, root canal filling, and a crown.Dr. Ali’s professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. She explained every step of the process clearly, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout. Her expertise truly shines through in her work, and the results have been fantastic.I also want to highlight how helpful Nurse Mirka was during the procedure. She was attentive and reassuring, making the experience much smoother. Additionally, Monica at reception went above and beyond to advise me and schedule appointments at times that suited my availability. Her efficiency and friendliness made the process stress-free and easy to navigate.This was a team effort, and I couldn’t be more thankful for such a positive experience. Amazing service start from the moment you book your appointment.Everything from the friendliest receptionists to the amazing treatment by the oral hygienist.This was the first time I have not had any discomfort while getting my teeth cleaned, usually it’s the dreaded 6 monthly treatment. Neelima was the first Hygienist to perform the treatment with zero discomfort. Has left me wondering why all other treatments have been so terrible. (At other providers)

I found all staff to be caring, supportive, and helpful. I became very distressed and Marta (receptionist) went out of her way to try and find a solution to my dilemma. She was kind, understanding, and supportive, while comforting me. Dentist, Amal, was also brilliant and very honest about the care I needed/didn’t need. Everyone in the clinic is welcoming. I visited them frequently because of my jaw problem. Dr Iman Ali has been patient and the receptionists too. I highly recomment them. Great service.Happy Halloween :)

Excellent first visit. Quick and to the point but very professional and caring. I got the follow up visit,just in case we the denstist wanted to keep an eye the widening in one of my canals. The service from the receptionists super warm and welcoming. Really pleasant experience.

For context I’ve gone private for years now, and Dr Amal is the best dental practitioner by far. Would recommend everyone who is looking for a extremely good dentist practice to visit smile studio heston. The girls at reception are so welcoming and make your visit enjoyable. They are lovely to speak to and very accomdating to your needs. Neeluma the hygienest is one of the best I have ever been too, not only is she lovely but very gentle and professional. I have had some bad experience with hygienist but to say my fears are gone and now would keep up with my appointments after my experience.

The reception staff and specially the dental nurse are very helpful and friendly. Great team work.My last session was for a dental implant with Dr Mohammad Dastgir, he is very professional and delivers quality patient centred care. I was provided the relevant information which was very helpful, the treatment went well, every step explained carefully and happy to say the implant was painless. I’m more than satisfied with the service.

Saw Dr Mohammed for a smile consultation.He was very Informative and gave me the load down of what to expect for Invisalign… he gave me his honest opinion and we had a good discussion. I like their ethos of being general dentists who care about people’s teeth. This is important , just like I am a medical doctor and I care about my patients health and be their advocate. I feel I could trust their ethos. I found the cosmetics side a bit high priced for the area but you could say it is the London average. Would be good to have some cosmetic treatments on offer for new patients etc.

Inga is a delightful hygienist, never judged my coffee, wine, or juice habits and everyday activities. She skillfully eliminated stubborn stains that persist despite regular brushing, flossing, and waterpik use. Additionally, her sense of humor added to the positive experience.

I made an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth. Dr. Kooner did a fantastic job repairing it. The whole process took just under 10 minutes. There was no discomfort and the whole procedure was quick and comfortable. I was so happy to have the repair done on my tooth. It felt great afterwards. I even received a follow up call the next day to see how everything was and did I need any further treatment with the tooth. Great customer service Thank you Smile Studios.

Had a last minute appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction. Professional and communicative staff, clean and nice facilities. My dentist was calm and reassuring, got on with the job and it was all over pretty quickly. Very efficient, highly recommended.

Im absolutely terrified of dentists, due to bad experiences in the past, but had finnaly to do a clean up and get my teeth back in good shape, the receptionists very nice and polite very good customer service, always happy to help with any query.The hygienist Miss Inga Sinkeviciene very good professional you can clearly see she loves her job she will explain to you every step of the way and go the extra mile to ensure you have a good experience, very approachable and understanding, i would deffenitely reccomend the smile studios and the hygienest/dentist Miss Inga, she will be my go to dentist going forward.
