I had a severe toothache over the weekend and contacted Smile Studio on Sunday... morning for an emergency appointment. I was able to see Dr Navale that morning.I am very nervous about visiting the dentist but Dr Navale and his team were nothing short of amazing. The put me at ease, were patient and understanding, explaining each step of the treatment clearly to ensure I was comfortable. Even when booking the appointment the team were reassuring as I was quite distressed due to the pain I was in.I walked away with my toothache gone and as a new patient of Smile Studio due to the care and attention they displayed when treating me.I could not reccomend enough!read more

Dr Bhardwaj was extremely professional and courteous and went to great lengths... to both put me at my ease and fully explain the procedure that he was about to embark on and ensure that I had the right aftercare. He also extracted my tooth without causing me any pain whatsoever and did so with my comfort in mind. I would highly recommend him.read more

I haven’t been a patient very long but so far I have been delighted with their... service quality. I recently had an issue and due to Covid (and the nature of the issue) was able to have a phone consultation. The dentist gave me excellent, sound advice and he was reassuring - and the issue has since resolved itself as suggested. Thank you!Just wanted to add- Dr Mani was brilliant with my sensitive child, Bea is an excellent hygienist and the accounts team are very expedient and helpful. Great service and care!read more

The owner Dr Mani was clearly a used car salesman in a past life. I went for a... checkup and he tried to sell all sorts to me. Quite annoying. However the hygienist (Bea) at this place is second to none. The best I’ve ever had. I see her every 6 months for my hygiene appointments and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.read more

After leaving it 2 years from my last appointment (one of those down to COVID)... and being slightly nervous to book an appointment, Dr Mani was so thorough and so reassuring when having to come in for replacement fillings. I am not great with needles in my mouth but he has some amazing calming techniques to get you through, as well as the ability to make you feel as ease the entire time by checking how you are throughout treatment. His work is exceptional and you would never even know I had a filling in the tooth! Would 100% recommend to anyone else that finds the dentist a little scary! I had a emergency appointment today as I cracked a molar and the pain was... excessive. The smile studios especially Dr Patel were amazing. I've just had my first hygiene appointment with Bee and she has absolutely... restored my faith and confidence in hygienists and the importance of what they do. After years of bad experiences and bad treatment from other dentists it feels a huge relief to be happy to go back to Bee on a regular basis. It was very pleasant to have my first hygiene treatment at The Smile... Studios.Initially I booked for my kids first checkup. At the end of the day I was so happy! Thanks to the lovely and proactive recepcionist, Divya. She was very flexible and managed a check up fand a teeth treatment for myself as well in the same day! Right away after my kids🙌💯Dr. Desh and his dental nurse are very kind and professional. The whole procedure was quick and with no pain. I had an appointment today at 1220 at the Heston Branch and I saw Bee they... hygienist whom I met for the first time, she greeted me politely and offered my a place to rest my bag etc. Not only did I have a fantastic experience with her, but she gave me great advise and information on how to not only care for my teeth but to maintain good dental hygiene she was very polite and at no point made me feel uncomfortable about the information she was giving me rather I felt like I learnt so much and left the appointment feeling really good about the information that I was given and steps I was going to take to avoid any further decay etc. she gave me a deep clean an as a nervous patient I have to say that at no point was I nervous she spoke to me through out the clean and told me what she was doing and kept checking that I was ok! I would definitely love to have her clean my teeth again... she was really excellent A***** The Smile Studios has gotten it right thus far with all their staff that I have dealt with personally from the time that I have joined I have always had fantastic service. I had to have my wisdom tooth out and Dr Mani made the procedure painless and... as smooth as possible. I couldn't believe how fast it was and I didn't feel any pain. I was made to feel 100% comfortable as soon as I walked in the door and sat down. As im a nervous person when it comes to needles he made me feel like there was nothing to worry about. I have been to this dentist a handful of times and all of the Dr's have taken... such good care of me. I would like to give a special mention to Dr Arj, I got some composite Bonding treatment done by him and he made me feel so comfortable and calmed my nervous completely. I don’t normally do reviews but in this instance I would like to share how... amazing the service at Smile Studios Richmond was today. I was in immense pain and needed to see someone ASAP as the pain was unbearable. Smile studios was recommended to me by number of friends on Facebook and I decided to give them a call. The friendly reception staff booked me in for an appointment even though they were very busy. It was my first time here but the friendly staff made me feel welcome right away. I saw Dr Arjun Varma who made the procedure comfortable right from the start and was very honest about what to expect. After the procedure I immediately felt the pain slowly decrease. I will definitely be switching from my current dentist to here! Highly recommended 5*read more

YES, TO DENTAL IMPLANT! So pleased with the service received, the receptionist... was so kind and helpful. Dr Mani provided exceptional service. The process of the Dental Implant and Bone Graft was explained thoroughly from start to during to end of procedure. As surgery is always scary all my doubts and fears were put at ease, during the procedure I didn’t even feel a thing and it was so quick, quicker than I thought. The aftercare was brilliant too. Just shy of a week since the procedure was done and I feel fine, minimal swelling as you can expect from a surgical procedure. I haven’t had an issue eating or drinking from the day the procedure was done. I expected a horror show but it’s been the complete opposite. I have been with this dental practice for around 7 years and can only attest to... their great service and treatment.Bee, the hygienist, always carefully and thoroughly removes plaque that has built up between my appointments, but is also very careful around sensitive areas to ensure minimal discomfort. She continually gives me advice on how I can improve my dental care and patiently answers questions I may have. My teeth always feel cleaner and better after an appointment with her.My experience with Dr Mani has been just as good. He listens to symptoms that might occur, thoroughly examines the possible cause and always tries to provide a suitable solution. He just doesn't give up until whatever needs fixing is fixed.I can only recommend this practice and all of their very friendly staff!read more

Around 5 years ago I made the leap to a private dentist. The Smile Studio was... recommended to me at the time and I would recommend them to anyone today.I was a very nervous person when it came to injections but Dr Mani took the time to talk me through what he was going to do and was never in a rush. He has worked on a number of issues over the years and I am fully confident in his judgement and what he thinks is best for me and my teeth.He is the by far the best dentist I have ever had. My wife now goes to the same place as a result.Having work medical insurance helps with the cost but I would still say he is worth the price and that you get what you pay for.read more

Cant thank Anastasia enough for the great work on straightening my teeth they... look great.I am in my 30's and decided to get braces about a year and a half ago, getting braces can be daunting at any age especially as an adult, so doing your research and finding the right orthodontist for you is essential. Anastasia at the smile studios done such an amazing job. I would highly recommend her if your thinking of having your teeth straightened.I did a lot of research into braces and different orthodontist before i found the smile studios. what made me choose Anastasia in the first place was these few small but important things, she put everything in writing like cost etc. There were no hidden costs, I found with the other orthodontist i went to see that a few of them refused to put the cost in writing, which i found very strange. The last thing you wanna do is start treatment with someone and the cost constantly change during your treatment.The other main thing for me was, i am self employed and work Mon-Fri so taking time off in the week to have the wires changed etc, would have been pretty costly over a course of a year and a half, with Anastasia i was able to come in on Saturdays which was brilliant.If your thinking of getting braces JUST DO IT, get a appointment with Anastasia, i promise you, you wont look backMassive thanks again to Anastasia and everyone at smile studios xxxread more

Both Dr. Mani (the dentist) and Ms. Zafar (the hygienist) are excellent, the... perfect mix of very professional and very friendly. I was skeptical of how many 5 star reviews this dentist office has - it seems difficult to achieve that - but I have been twice now and it's been outstanding both times.read more

Visiting the dentist probably isn't most people's idea of a fun day out,... particularly when it comes to having wisdom teeth removed! Unfortunately this was something I needed to have done, but Dr Mani made me feel at ease and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The whole process went as smoothly as I could have hoped, and I felt very confident with Dr Mani's knowledge and expertise. So far I've been really impressed with this practice, and would highly recommend it!read more

I had a back tooth roots cleaning treatment with Dr. Antonio and a lady... assistant (I don't know her name but she deserves to be mentioned here as well). The treatment was 97% painless. It took over an hour but the way how it was done was exceptional. The advanced tools this dentistry uses I haven't seen anywhere else in my life. The staff could not be more patient, friendly and nice. The physical contact between the staff and the patient - holding your arm or patting your shoulder to let you know it will be ok is so nice and makes such a difference. The jokes they make to make you laugh. The colors of the whole place are calming you down (not white, thanks God). Their website explains the treatment very well and dummy-friendly so one knows more less what to expect ahead. I hope I will never ever have to go to other dentist than this place, because this dentist (in my experience Dr. Antonio) will make you full of admiration to these great professionals and happiness (not only that its over but also how amazingly different it was). This is an example that a dentist can be a place where one does not need to cry in a waiting room from stress and anxiety, but walk in with a smile and leave with even a bigger smile.
