Dr Mohammad Dastgir is a highly skilled implantologist with a special interest in periodontology, known for his precision, dedication, and evidence-based approach to advanced oral rehabilitation.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland and later pursued advanced postgraduate qualifications across Europe. Dr Dastgir is a Master’s Candidate in Implantology at the Master of Oral Implantology (MOI) program, Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, where he continues to refine his expertise in implant science, regenerative surgery, and digital treatment planning.
He also holds a Diploma in Periodontology from Perioacademy in London, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of complex gum and peri-implant diseases.
Dr Dastgir’s professional development includes intensive surgical and cadaver-based training at the University of Vienna, Austria, where he mastered advanced bone regeneration, sinus lift, and soft-tissue grafting techniques. These experiences have provided him with a deep understanding of both the surgical and biological aspects of implant therapy.
Clinically, Dr Dastgir uses Straumann Group and Megagen implant systems, two of the most globally respected and scientifically validated implant brands – ensuring precision, reliability, and long-term success for his patients. His expertise includes bone augmentation, sinus lift procedures, connective-tissue and keratinized-tissue grafts, and full-arch restorations, all performed with minimally invasive and regenerative approaches. He is particularly known for his focus on ultra-polished implant restorations, designed to reduce plaque accumulation and preserve peri-implant bone and soft tissue health.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr Dastgir is dedicated to mentoring and teaching dentists, sharing his practical experience in implantology and periodontology through small-group sessions and professional development courses.
