Excellent Invisalign Experience – Highly Recommended!I recently visited The Smile studio Heston to begin Invisalign treatment with Dr Iman, as my lower teeth were quite bent and crowded, while my upper teeth were starting to pull outward. From the very first consultation, I felt confident and well-informed about the process.One of the highlights of my treatment was the 3D scan technology used to map out the entire process. It provided a detailed week-by-week visualization of how my teeth would move and progress throughout the 15-week treatment. This gave me a clear picture of what to expect and made the entire experience feel very transparent and personalized.Each week, I changed to a new set of aligners, and I was genuinely impressed with how smoothly and comfortably the process went. The aligners were discreet, easy to manage, and surprisingly effective.Now that I’ve completed the treatment, I’m incredibly happy with the results. My teeth are noticeably straighter, and my smile feels more confident than ever. I’d highly recommend Invisalign to anyone considering orthodontic treatment—it’s a modern, comfortable, and efficient way to achieve a beautiful smile.

I am so glad I came back to this dentist. The treatment I have had has been outstanding. I have been wary of dentists as I haven’t always had good experiences at other dentists but as soon I came for my first appointment after a long time dentist Amal Al-Atrach made me feel comfortable and listened to all of my concerns. She listened to what I want and I can now smile with confidence. I have had a filling and crown and I am so happy that I am going to come back to get a another crown to further improve my teeth. She is an amazing dentist and a lovely person. The whole dental surgery is great and the receptionists have also always been helpful. Monika has been particularly helpful in ensuring I had my appointments. Thank you so much and I will see you soon for my next crown!

We came to The Smile Studios Heston for my daughter's appointment. Dr Iman Ali and her assistant Elham were very nice and friendly. We didn't even feel like we were at the dental practice. I recently visited Dr. Iman Ali for dental treatment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt at ease thanks to the warm and friendly staff. Dr. Ali carefully assessed my dental issues and provided me with the correct advice for my treatment plan, which included a root canal treatment, root canal filling, and a crown.Dr. Ali’s professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Amazing service start from the moment you book your appointment.Everything from the friendliest receptionists to the amazing treatment by the oral hygienist.This was the first time I have not had any discomfort while getting my teeth cleaned, usually it’s the dreaded 6 monthly treatment. Neelima was the first Hygienist to perform the treatment with zero discomfort. Has left me wondering why all other treatments have been so terrible. (At other providers)

Would recommend everyone who is looking for a extremely good dentist practice to visit smile studio heston. The girls at reception are so welcoming and make your visit enjoyable. They are lovely to speak to and very accomdating to your needs. Neeluma the hygienest is one of the best I have ever been too, not only is she lovely but very gentle and professional. I have had some bad experience with hygienist but to say my fears are gone and now would keep up with my appointments after my experience.

Saw Dr Mohammed for a smile consultation.He was very Informative and gave me the load down of what to expect for Invisalign… he gave me his honest opinion and we had a good discussion. I like their ethos of being general dentists who care about people’s teeth. This is important , just like I am a medical doctor and I care about my patients health and be their advocate. I feel I could trust their ethos. I found the cosmetics side a bit high priced for the area but you could say it is the London average. Would be good to have some cosmetic treatments on offer for new patients etc.

I made an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth. Dr. Kooner did a fantastic job repairing it. The whole process took just under 10 minutes. There was no discomfort and the whole procedure was quick and comfortable. I was so happy to have the repair done on my tooth. It felt great afterwards. I even received a follow up call the next day to see how everything was and did I need any further treatment with the tooth. Great customer service Thank you Smile Studios.
