Do you need records from my old dentist?
No, we will not be needing your records from your old dentist. Just request for an appointment, which you can easily do online, or which you can set by phone at 020-8332-6833 for our Richmond office, 020-8882-8070 for our Park Parade in Palmer’s Green office, or 020-8577-2206 for our Heston office. If you wish, you can already fill up our Confidential Medical & Dental History form before you visit any of our offices. You can download the form from our website. Call us now so we can give you directions on how you can reach whichever of our office is nearest your place. All our dental offices are easily accessible to both public and private transportation.
At Smile Studios, we are already open at 8:30 AM, Mondays through Saturdays. At our Richmond office in Surrey, we are even open on Sundays, from 10 AM to 3 PM. If this will be your first time with The Smile Studios, it may interest you to know that under our new limited time offer, we are giving all new patients their first dental check-up with us for free. If you want to register as a new patient, all you have to do is dial in a request at 020-8332-6833 for our Richmond office, 020-8882-8070 for our Park Parade in Palmer’s Green office, or 020-8577-2206 for our Heston office. We can attend to you even if your only available time for seeing a dentist is outside of normal working hours. Just call us and we can set you up either for an early or a late dental appointment depending on when you are free or when you want to come. Once you get to a The Smile Studios office, we will be reviewing your medical and dental history with you before we begin with our first comprehensive dental and oral check-up. It is important that you disclose everything that’s asked in the form truthfully since your answers will be helping us in the development of your dental and oral health care and treatment plan. We will prepare a new record for you in our filing system based on our assessment of the answers in your accomplished Confidential Medical & Dental History form and on the findings from your first comprehensive check-up with us.
