Do you provide an ‘out of hours’ service?
Yes, we do. For dental emergencies, we are open twenty four (24) hours daily, seven (7) days weekly. Just be sure to call us beforehand since as a matter of procedure, we attend to emergency cases on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do find yourself in a situation where you need emergency dental treatment, please remember out hotline is 020-8332-6833 for our Richmond office, 020-8882-8070 for Park Parade at Palmer’s Green, and 020-8577-2206 for Heston. Call us and we will be there ready to receive you.
Even if you are not in a dental emergency situation but your only available time for seeing your dentist is outside of normal working hours, we can help you there too. We can set you up either for an early or a late dental appointment depending on when you are free or when you want to come. All you have to do is call in a request at 020-8332-6833 for our Richmond office, 020-8882-8070 for our Park Parade in Palmer’s Green office, or 020-8577-2206 for our Heston office and we will do the rest. We will be happy to accommodate you in our schedule.
Of course, we can also receive you during regular business hours. At Smile Studios, we are already open at 8:30 AM, Mondays through Saturdays. At our Richmond office in Surrey, we are even open on Sundays, from 10 AM to 3 PM. All our dental offices are easily accessible to both public and private transportation.
