The Medenta application process is easy to follow and can be submitted on the Medenta web site.

When applying, you will need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a UK resident with a permanent UK address, plus a 2 year address history
• Be available for contact using a fixed telephone number
• Be employed at your job for a minimum of 3 months

We also accept treatment payments made by most major credit cards, personal cheques and bank drafts.
