I had a really relaxed and comfortable experience today with Dr Mani, he... explained all my procedures thoroughly. I had quite a lot of sealants and fillings & he breezed through them, nothing was painful or uncomfortable. My jaggedly front teeth are now smooth and rebuilt, this place is magic!! The assistant was very efficient and gentle. Amandeep on reception was really welcoming and answered my queries very clearly. Also had a wisdom tooth out a few years ago and all went very smoothly. Highly recommend this place!!!read more

However, at this particular place from the receptionist to the dentist's themselves they are very welcoming and very informative. The work I've had done was smooth and painless. I have been a patient of Dr Sanjeev Kapadia for many years. He now specialises... in dental implants for which I have been having treatment during this year. The new implant and tooth have just been fitted. Sanjeev is an excellent dentist, gentle, kind and a perfectionist. I would recommend him without hesitation to undertake this treatment. An implant is a long-winded process and I was well looked after at every stage. I now have my mouth back and am very happy with the results.read more

The Smile Studio was highly recommended by a friend. I had been avoiding... seeing a dentist for over 8 years, this is despite breaking a tooth 4 years ago. Prior to this I had undergone extensive dental work, including dentistry in Harley Street, Dr Mani is by far the most pleasant, thorough, personable and professional dentist I have ever seen.On my arrival at The Smile Studio I was immediately put at ease, the staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional.Dr Mani was exceptional: firstly, he took time to ask what I wished to improve, he listened attentively, he then went to great lengths to fully explain what treatment would be the best way forward, ensuring I was completely happy before proceeding. I had arrived at The Smile Studio with a preconceived idea that I would need an implant on my broken tooth, a rather expensive procedure. However, Dr Mani and his fantastic team were able to save my tooth: I saw the hygienist (who was fabulous) I then saw a dentist who performed a root canal treatment (he was brilliant, I was so relaxed I was actually falling asleep) and Dr Mani will now fit a post & crown, a far better outcome than I had thought possible.Dr Mani has restored my faith in dentists, I will most certainly remain a patient at The Smile Studio for all future treatment, & the highest accolade I can afford The Smile Studio is by highly recommending them to all my family, friends and colleagues.read more

I had a severe toothache over the weekend and contacted Smile Studio on Sunday... morning for an emergency appointment. I was able to see Dr Navale that morning.I am very nervous about visiting the dentist but Dr Navale and his team were nothing short of amazing. The put me at ease, were patient and understanding, explaining each step of the treatment clearly to ensure I was comfortable. Even when booking the appointment the team were reassuring as I was quite distressed due to the pain I was in.I walked away with my toothache gone and as a new patient of Smile Studio due to the care and attention they displayed when treating me.I could not reccomend enough!read more

I haven’t been a patient very long but so far I have been delighted with their... service quality. I recently had an issue and due to Covid (and the nature of the issue) was able to have a phone consultation. The dentist gave me excellent, sound advice and he was reassuring - and the issue has since resolved itself as suggested. After leaving it 2 years from my last appointment (one of those down to COVID)... and being slightly nervous to book an appointment, Dr Mani was so thorough and so reassuring when having to come in for replacement fillings. I am not great with needles in my mouth but he has some amazing calming techniques to get you through, as well as the ability to make you feel as ease the entire time by checking how you are throughout treatment. His work is exceptional and you would never even know I had a filling in the tooth! Would 100% recommend to anyone else that finds the dentist a little scary! It was very pleasant to have my first hygiene treatment at The Smile... Studios.Initially I booked for my kids first checkup. At the end of the day I was so happy! Thanks to the lovely and proactive recepcionist, Divya. She was very flexible and managed a check up fand a teeth treatment for myself as well in the same day! I had an appointment today at 1220 at the Heston Branch and I saw Bee they... hygienist whom I met for the first time, she greeted me politely and offered my a place to rest my bag etc. Not only did I have a fantastic experience with her, but she gave me great advise and information on how to not only care for my teeth but to maintain good dental hygiene she was very polite and at no point made me feel uncomfortable about the information she was giving me rather I felt like I learnt so much and left the appointment feeling really good about the information that I was given and steps I was going to take to avoid any further decay etc. she gave me a deep clean an as a nervous patient I have to say that at no point was I nervous she spoke to me through out the clean and told me what she was doing and kept checking that I was ok! I would definitely love to have her clean my teeth again... she was really excellent A***** The Smile Studios has gotten it right thus far with all their staff that I have dealt with personally from the time that I have joined I have always had fantastic service. I had to have my wisdom tooth out and Dr Mani made the procedure painless and... as smooth as possible. I couldn't believe how fast it was and I didn't feel any pain. I don’t normally do reviews but in this instance I would like to share how... amazing the service at Smile Studios Richmond was today. I was in immense pain and needed to see someone ASAP as the pain was unbearable. Smile studios was recommended to me by number of friends on Facebook and I decided to give them a call. The friendly reception staff booked me in for an appointment even though they were very busy. It was my first time here but the friendly staff made me feel welcome right away. I saw Dr Arjun Varma who made the procedure comfortable right from the start and was very honest about what to expect. After the procedure I immediately felt the pain slowly decrease. I will definitely be switching from my current dentist to here! Highly recommended 5*read more

YES, TO DENTAL IMPLANT! So pleased with the service received, the receptionist... was so kind and helpful. Dr Mani provided exceptional service. The process of the Dental Implant and Bone Graft was explained thoroughly from start to during to end of procedure. As surgery is always scary all my doubts and fears were put at ease, during the procedure I didn’t even feel a thing and it was so quick, quicker than I thought. The aftercare was brilliant too. Just shy of a week since the procedure was done and I feel fine, minimal swelling as you can expect from a surgical procedure. I haven’t had an issue eating or drinking from the day the procedure was done. I expected a horror show but it’s been the complete opposite. I have been with this dental practice for around 7 years and can only attest to... their great service and treatment.Bee, the hygienist, always carefully and thoroughly removes plaque that has built up between my appointments, but is also very careful around sensitive areas to ensure minimal discomfort. She continually gives me advice on how I can improve my dental care and patiently answers questions I may have. My teeth always feel cleaner and better after an appointment with her.My experience with Dr Mani has been just as good. He listens to symptoms that might occur, thoroughly examines the possible cause and always tries to provide a suitable solution. He just doesn't give up until whatever needs fixing is fixed.I can only recommend this practice and all of their very friendly staff!read more

The staff here is incredibly professional and friendly. I recently was seen for... a root canal and crown. Dr Varma immediately put me to ease and explained every step of the procedure, while frequently asking me if I was comfortable. Around 5 years ago I made the leap to a private dentist. The Smile Studio was... recommended to me at the time and I would recommend them to anyone today.I was a very nervous person when it came to injections but Dr Mani took the time to talk me through what he was going to do and was never in a rush. He has worked on a number of issues over the years and I am fully confident in his judgement and what he thinks is best for me and my teeth.He is the by far the best dentist I have ever had. My wife now goes to the same place as a result.Having work medical insurance helps with the cost but I would still say he is worth the price and that you get what you pay for.read more

Went to get a root canal redone.My previous dentist (Osterley Dental Practice)... left me with a severe infection and a very poor root canal treatment.The Endodontist Andria did a very professional work on redoing my root canal and I have been always scared of having injections but she’s made me feel comfortable and no pain while getting an injection.I told her she has magic hands!The hygienist did a great job too.Dr Mani has done a great work on the grown preparation and waiting anxiously for the fitting to be done!Great customer serviceVery professional staffWould recommend to anyone who want their teeth to be looked after by a very professional team!Pakizaread more

Cant thank Anastasia enough for the great work on straightening my teeth they... look great.I am in my 30's and decided to get braces about a year and a half ago, getting braces can be daunting at any age especially as an adult, so doing your research and finding the right orthodontist for you is essential. Anastasia at the smile studios done such an amazing job. I would highly recommend her if your thinking of having your teeth straightened.I did a lot of research into braces and different orthodontist before i found the smile studios. what made me choose Anastasia in the first place was these few small but important things, she put everything in writing like cost etc. There were no hidden costs, I found with the other orthodontist i went to see that a few of them refused to put the cost in writing, which i found very strange. The last thing you wanna do is start treatment with someone and the cost constantly change during your treatment.The other main thing for me was, i am self employed and work Mon-Fri so taking time off in the week to have the wires changed etc, would have been pretty costly over a course of a year and a half, with Anastasia i was able to come in on Saturdays which was brilliant.If your thinking of getting braces JUST DO IT, get a appointment with Anastasia, i promise you, you wont look backMassive thanks again to Anastasia and everyone at smile studios xxxread more
